About the role

The Department of Correctional Services is hiring an Administrative Officer: Head Office Stores in Logistics, based in National Head Office. This is a permanent post, paying R338,106 a year. Responsibilities

• Render acquisition services.
• Receive requests for goods from end users.
• Receive and issue stores items.
• Receive and check goods against relevant documentation.
• Maintain stores records and information.
• Update and maintain goods registers and databases.
• Management of resources.
• Management of performance information.

Requirements

• National Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or relevant qualification.
• 1–2 years' relevant experience in stores, logistics or related environment.
• Computer literate.
• Valid driver’s licence.
