About the role

The Department of Correctional Services is hiring a HR Practitioner: Service Benefits in HR Administration and Utilization, based in National Head Office. Responsibilities

• Administration of housing and accommodation benefits.
• Administration of employee financial assistance and debt management services.
• Administration of travel, transport and related employee benefits.
• Administration and implementation of leave and employee benefits.
• Management of performance information, resources, finance and assets.

Requirements

• Recognized 3 year Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification.
• Knowledge of PERSAL.
• 1-2yrs relevant experience in human resource environment.
• Computer literate.
• Valid driver’s licence.

• Understanding of Public Service policy and legislative framework
• Service delivery and client orientation, integrity and honesty
