About the role

The Department of Correctional Services is hiring a Senior Provisioning Administration Officer: Subsidized and Departmental Transport in Logistics, based in National Head Office. Responsibilities

• Administer and support the allocation and management of subsidised vehicles to management and other role-players.
• Monitor utilisation of subsidised vehicles and update relevant statistics.
• Implement and execute policies and procedures related to subsidised vehicles.
• Compile and provide utilisation statistics and management information reports.
• Management of performance information, human resources, finance and assets.

Requirements

• Recognized 3 year Degree or National Diploma in Transport Management/Logistics/Supply Chain Management or relevant qualification with 3-5 years’ experience in similar environment.
• Computer literate.
• Valid driver’s licence.
