Responsibilities

• To provide Transversal Sourcing services to the Gauteng Provincial Government.
• Improve tender process and reduce turnaround times from 120- 90 days.
• Finalise award of contract within agreed SLA.
• Contract Management:
• Manage contract to client satisfaction and increase customer satisfaction and submission of status report
• Obtain minimum satisfaction level form customer service
• Facilitate that the contract is visible on the system (SRM & /SAP R3) Increase BBBEE preferential procurement spends from 60% to 70%

Requirements

• A three-year tertiary qualification (NQF level 7) in Business Management/Purchasing/Supply Chain Management (SCM)/Procurement Management.
• 3- 5 years’ experience in Transversal Sourcing as an administrator in procurement and/or supply chain managerial position.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices including sourcing strategies.
• Experience in vendor management and BBBEE /SMME development.
• Experience and understanding of the South African market.
