Responsibilities

• To manage Strategic Sourcing services to the Gauteng Provincial Government.
• Manage the increase of BBBEE Preferential Procurement spend from 60% to 70%.
• Manage the adherence to Operational Budget by achieving 98% budget spend.
• Improve tender processes and reduce turnaround time (from 120 -90 days).
• Manage contract to client satisfaction and to increase customer satisfaction.
• Reports submitted timeously.
• Management of staff.

Requirements

• A three- year tertiary qualification (NQF level 7) in Business Management/Purchasing/Supply Chain Management (SCM)/Procurement Management.
• 3- 5 years’ experience in Transversal Sourcing at a Junior Management (ASD Level),.
