About the role

The Department of Community Safety (Gauteng) is hiring a Groundsman in Traffic Management, based in Southern Corridor. This is a permanent post, paying R170,226 a year. Responsibilities

• Receive telephonic calls, messages and channel to relevant role players.
• Welcome, receive and direct clients to the office of the executive authority.
• Provide relevant information as required.
• Operate office equipment such as fax machines and photocopiers.
• Liaise with internal and external personnel.
• Coordinate the diary of the executive authority.
• Compile appointment schedules for the executive authority.
• Maintain and control the visitor register.

Requirements

• NQF level 4.
• No experience required.
• No criminal record or any pending cases against you.
