About the role
The Department of Employment and Labour is hiring a Field ICT Technician, based in Provincial Office Mpumalanga. This is a permanent post, paying R413,001 a year. Responsibilities
- Provide Desktop and Printer support, Provide Call management on Information Technology Service Management System (ITSM), Provide Local Area Network (LAN) Support.
Requirements
- A Three-year National Diploma (NQF)6)/Undergraduate Degree (NQF7) in Information Technology/Information Systems plus a valid drivers’ licence.2 years’ functional experience in the ICT field /environment/technical support environment with understanding of network connectivity technologies.
