Responsibilities

• Monitor municipal infrastructure planning, maintenance, development and budgeting, Facilitate long-term municipal infrastructure planning and funding with due regard to municipal budgets and joint district and metro approach processes, Facilitate support to municipalities with full life-cycle asset planning, frameworks, policies and systems, Support municipalities with infrastructure governance and services delivery, Ensure that monitoring of performance of municipalities and provide professional and technical support with regard to the implementation of the Municipal Capital Budget, Strategic Management (including change management), and Financial and People Management.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification on NQF level 7 as recognised by SAQA, 5 years’ middle/senior management experience.
