About the role
The Department of Health (Northern Cape) is hiring a Nursing Assistant (Nursing Auxiliary), based in Kakamas Hospital, ZF Mgcawu District. This is a permanent post, paying R181,230 – R204,156 a year. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (physical care), Prove elementary clinical nursing care, Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and selfdevelopment.
Requirements
- Qualification (i.e. diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent qualification that allows registration with the SANC as a Nursing Assistant, Registration with the SANC as Nursing Assistant.
- Experience: Grade 1: None, Grade 2: at least 10 years’ experience after registration with the SANC as a nursing assistant, Grade 3: at least 20 years of experience after registration with the SANC as Nursing Assistant.
