Responsibilities

• Render general clerical support services within the OHAS component, Provide supply chain clerical support services within the OHAS component, Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the OHAS component, Provide financial administration support services in the OHAS component.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).
• Competencies:
• Knowledge of following: Clerical duties
• Practices as well as the ability to capture data
• Operate computer and collect statistics
• Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service
• Understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• 1993
• Working procedures in terms of the work environment
