Responsibilities

• Render general clerical support services, Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component, Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component, Provide financial administration support services in the component.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Senior certificate or equivalent qualification).
• Competencies:
• Knowledge of the following: Clerical duties
• Practices as well as the ability to capture data
• Operate computer and collect statistics
• Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service
• Working procedures in terms of the working environment
• Insight of the Public Service financial legislations
• Processes and procedures
• National Treasury Regulations and Provincial Treasury Instructions
• Skills in the following: Computer, Planning and Organising, Language, Good Verbal and Written Communication, Customer Care, Reporting, Problem-solving, Creative Thinking, Decision Making, Interpersonal, Willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines, Ability to work under pressure.
