Responsibilities

• Manage the issuing of operating licenses in the region, Manage enquiries and complaints, Liaise with different stakeholders in the industry, Ensure accurate Reporting, Analysis and Record Keeping, Managerial functions.

Requirements

• An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree or higher qualification).
• At least 3-years relevant experience at supervisory level.

• Knowledge and working experience in the following: Implement legislation
• Regulatory frameworks
• Policies and best practices relevant to the line functions
• Use information systems that support the management of knowledge and information relating to the line function
• Manage operational activities and processes
